Puerto Rican Raw Honey

Our delicious raw honey has not been altered or processed in any way. Try all delicious 8oz of this raw honey from the town of San Lorenzo, Puerto Rico home of the Guare Apiary. Monte Azul purchased five hives from Guare Apiary for our farm in Maricao and we hope to have our own honey for sale within a year. In cold weather, raw honey will crystalize. Try warming up the honey again with a bain marie or hot water bath to return the honey to its original form. Our honey is also available with a piece of honey comb within the container which is a delicious crunchy snack and decorative piece.
