Puerto Rican Artisan Jam

This jam is made by Sister Juliana, a nun from the Sisters of Fatima at IDIIFCO in Maricao, Puerto Rico. Sister Juliana is well-known as an incredible chef made famous when she represented Puerto Rico competing in Master Chef Latino in 2018. She makes seasonal jams with local ingredients. Her jam program helps support the social programs operated by IDIIFCO, a religious nonprofit that Monte Azul has collaborated with since 2021. Social programs run by IDIIFCO include a hot meal program for the sick and elderly and various skill and trades programs that train local community members in welding, cooking, baking, patisserie, barista and more.
